Senior Account Manager (Sales & Retention)


Crigloo is currently looking for a Senior Account Managers (Sales). As a part of the Growth team, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on closing and supporting North American accounts. As part of the sales process you will be identifying prospects based on company personas, scheduling (remote) appointments, demoing Crigloo’s omnichannel advertising solution, creating suggested media plans (basic level of detail), bringing interested prospects into the Crigloo platform, and upselling key accounts. Your sales and account-based marketing efforts will be supported by the Marketing, Analyst and Product teams.

What would you do at Crigloo?

You will be a Senior Account Manager and one of the front-facing members of the Crigloo team. The right candidate has previous sales experience, particularly at a digital marketing agency, and a track record of achieving sales and retention/churn targets. While you don’t need to be a digital advertising expert, you should be familiar with online metrics and how they impact business results. The senior account manager’s responsibilities include understanding Crigloo’s offerings and audiences and using this to develop and implement plans to win and grow accounts, strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with team members to live up to Crigloo’s brand promises.

  • Sales prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and closures.
  • Strategic and tactical sales planning
  • Client retention and relationship building
  • Supporting the Product Team with client-driven roadmap input
  • Providing superior customer service which drives client satisfaction
  • Communicating external requirements with internal teams

Who we’re looking for


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of experience within SaaS or agency sales.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with lead generation via online and traditional channels.
  • Comfortable gathering client requirements and communicating them with technical teams.
  • Solid knowledge of CRMs and outreach tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure



  • 5+ years of SaaS or agency sales experience
  • Experience setting up marketing automations
  • Lead scrapping and automated outreach
