Crigloo is on the hunt for an energetic data scientist with a deep passion for technology. We are building a game-changing product in the ad-tech space. We are looking for a passionate person who can learn rapidly on the job as well as possess an existing stock of tech knowledge. Unlike large companies with lots of bureaucracy, we are a flat organization and this means that you will go from “idea to product feature” in days.

What would you do at Crigloo?

You will work with others who have deep expertise in data science. This exciting opportunity entails running many AI/Machine learning models to automatically steer ad campaigns. Specifically, an AI-based recommendation engine needs to be built to guide business users so they can optimally steer their campaigns based on our guidance.You should be passionate about data science/AI/Machine Learning and experienced in recommendation engine based optimization. The candidate should be passionate about keeping close tabs on latest tech trends in AI/data science.

You will not “fly solo” and will be supported by a team of:

• Data Scientists
• Web developers
• Data/SQL experts
• Server side programmers

Responsibilities

• Quickly learn the world of ad tech and the intricacies of our product.
• Create a campaign-level recommendation engine for end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in Machine Learning/AI tech.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves

• Candidate who possesses specialization in Machine Learning/AI: BS/MS/PhD.
• 3+ years of experience in Python/SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Scikit-Learn/TensorFlow/Other ML/AI tools.
• Ability to “connect the dots” while running AI models so real-world business problems are solved optimally.
• Comfortable communicating with cross functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ad tech.
• Solid knowledge of social media platform metrics.
• Experience with Google and Social Media ads (Meta, LinkedIn etc).
